NEBA

Travel Basketball Program

NEBA provides the optimal mix of high-intensity athletic training and basketball-specific drills to make you a better athlete and basketball player.  Athletes will understand the concept of team basketball on a competitive level.  Members who will like to participate in this program must have a C+ grade average. 

Basketball Training Program

NEBA Basketball Training is geared toward those beginner athletes who are not ready to compete just yet at the travel ball level.  Our focus is to improve:

  • Foot speed, first-step response and running stride efficiency

  • Peak force power, vertical jump and lateral quickness

  • Core stability for increased shooting accuracy and fine movement balance

Without question, basketball ranks as one of the more physically demanding sports.  Lateral mobility, explosive endurance, vertical jumping ability and speed to move rapidly up and down the court necessitates a conditioning campaign that is second to none.   We focus on improving the basketball player’s foot speed, hand-eye coordination and reducing reaction time.   NewEra Sports basketball-specific program for youth athletes will greatly improve the ball-handling techniques at all positions, enhance the shooting touch for all players, and give our basketball players that untouchable first step that is so difficult to guard against.

NewEra Sports Training will help every athlete perform at his or her own maximum potential.

Unique sports training where you’ll be constantly challenged to reach your athletic dreams and goals. Athletes who train with NewEra Sports will be in optimum shape, perform at a consistently higher level athletically and will continually hone the skills in their chosen sport.

Agility training focuses on foot speed, quickly changing direction and improving reaction to visual cues.

Off season youth football benefits from 7 on 7 football. 

  • Develop your young passers at the Quarterback position by allowing them to focus on the skill-set of reading coverage and quick decision making.

  • Allow your receivers to get the repetition needed to become skilled at catching and the art of route running while developing chemistry with the quarterback.

  • Give the simulation needed for up-and-coming defensive backs to learn the ins-and-outs of their position in a fast pace setting where defending the pass is key.
